We went through the drive-through last evening to pick up a prescription that was to have been ready 2 days prior. For whatever reason, they did not have it ready. The clerk asked for my insurance card and left. 20 minutes later, while still sitting in our vehicle, I rang the bell. Nobody came. I knocked on the window. Nobody came. Finally one of the pharmacists walked by and tried to get her attention. She turned and yell at me "someone will be with you in a minute" and stormed off. All I wanted was my insurance card back so I could leave. If they were that busy, why could they not have told me that at the onset. I would not have wasted 20 minutes and they would not have had to show me they have no customer service. I finally drove around, walked in the store and asked for my insurance card back and left without my prescription, I might add.
