Provided by YP.com#While staying at the Days Inn on Cedar Bluff Rd. I have experienced the following:
*Saturday afternoon they rented my room to another person. While getting out of the shower a stranger walked in my room and it was the scariest thing I have ever experienced!!! The staff was rude and did nothing about this not even a sorry!
*That same day, my door handle fell off the door and I was literally trapped in my room!!! It took 15 calls and 10 min. to get the front desk on the phone, and another 30 min. before someone got around to getting me out...What if there had been a fire??? Plexiglass windows screwed into the wall? I would have been trapped and died. Again, no response, no apology. I couldnt even or wasnt allowed to even talk to the manager. (She was busy) Yeah right!! I have tried to see her several times!!
*My bathroom sink light went out a week ago...Still not fixed.
I am a contractor that stays in different locations often and never in all my years have I been treated with such disrespect from staff!!!
