They did a fantastic job on my car. They removed 4 dents and did their 3 step polish procedure on it. I couldn't be happier. This the 3rd vehicle ive had done. I recommend them highly.

We had 2 vehicles with extensive hail damage. Brought them here for an estimate because of the great reviews. Big mistake. Should have just gone to a real body shop. We left the first vehicle with them for 6 weeks. We are truck drivers and are on the road for 6 weeks at a time. Communication was great. Camaro was finished when promised. We went to pick it up and it was filthy, but seemed to be fixed. We were disappointed that for $9000 they couldn't even bother to wash the Camaro. Dropped off pickup at that same time, but with the understanding we would be home December 23rd. That gave them 7 weeks. During the estimate, we were told specifically that the Line-X bedliner stripes on the hood of our pickup is what saved it and that they could easily pop any dents out. Get home, wash the Camaro... it still has scratches and the new hood is crooked. They fixed the hood, but we had to get someone else to buff out the scratches. Well back on the road and 5 weeks go by. NO COMMUNICATION on the pickup. I call a week before we were to be home and they haven't even started. Get home the 23rd... not done. Finally on the 27th they call and it's "finished". Hardly... there are still dents in the corners behind the back doors. One in particular that we had pointed out because the paint was chipped just has sloppy touch up paint thrown on it. The plastic rails on top still were cracked and dented even though replacing those was in the estimate. Oh and best of all? The hood... they replaced it and didn't even bother having Line-X put the stripes back on. Didn't call and even give us a heads up. No... they just gave us $200 off... that striping cost WAY more than $200. Oh... and again the truck was dirtier than when we brought it in. $18,000 worth of repairs and can't even bother to wash the 2 vehicles. The manager said he would make it right on the dents they missed and the chipped paint, but that would mean leaving it for 6 weeks again. NO THANK YOU.

I had multiple dents in my suv,it estimated at 1350.00 and said they could only get it to 85%.What does 85% look like?They also said they would need it a day and a half to do it.I also inquired about the windshield chip repair and was quoted 40.00 and they would come to my work and do it.I scheduled the job with them for Monday 10/3/11.Needless to say they did not show up or even give me a courtesy call to let me know they would not make it.They may do excellent work from what I can tell,but their management is lacking horribly.I then to 2 local body shops and had them estimate it the repairs.I was qouted 1100.00 and 1500.00.They both said it was best to replace the fenders and bumper and then blend the paint as far back as need be and it would look as though nothing was ever wrong.Granted that this is a high end SUV and in excellent shape besides some bumps and bruises on the front due to a previous careless onwer.So I will be going the body shop route,forget their 85% for 1350.

DON'T GO HERE!!! have my car there for PAINTLESS DENT REMOVE and end up with PAINTED CHIP. tell me will give my a DISCOUNT TO PAINTED MY WHOLE DOOR!!! WHAT A JOKE.. Plus The Dent Come back... HORRIBLE!!!!

A couple of weeks ago, I took my wife's brand new Volvo XC90 in with a couple of good sized dents in the drivers side door at 5:30 PM (They close at 6). The manager assessed the damage, wrote up an estimate for $60 and asked if I would like to wait. My head was spinning because not only was the manager professional and nice, but I was expecting to make an appointment, bring in the car, and wait a couple of days. NOT SO! The manager had the technicians pull my car into the garage and work it right then. I was out by 6 PM with a new vehicle once again. I will definitely recommend this shop! A+++++++
