My experience with this company was exceptional. From the first phone call to request an estimate, to the estimator being punctual and informative, to the crew arriving on their scheduled time and the quality workmanship that I received, this company is receiving 5 stars from me. I bought 6" seamless gutters and am very happy with them, they handle so much more water volume than the 5" size that I had previously.

Eddy came out promptly to do a quote on replacing my siding. I agreed to the price and signed for the work to be done. Three weeks later I had not heard from him so I contacted him and he said he would do it the following Tuesday or Wednesday. The following week came and went with no contact from him so I contacted him and he said it would be the following week. The next week when I didn't hear from him, I contacted him and he texted "my lead man on my crew was offered a job from another company with a bunch of lies and promises he will have to figure out for himself but I'm down a lead man so I am regrouping and couldn't do your job for another week". (unprofessional text imo!) The next week came and went with no contact from Eddy. My home has been exposed to the elements for 6 weeks and now there is rain in the forecast. Had he stated that he could not do the job, I could have moved on to another contractor and had this resolved already. His company was also supposed to do some windows in the original agreement, however, his window technician didn't show up twice to measure the windows so we decided to just do the siding.
