Provided by YP.comBought a 2017 Altima. First oil change took 3 hours while employees stood around. Service manager said he would throw in a free tire rotation next time. 2nd oil change I set an appointment over the phone with James. I asked if he was the service manager he said no. When I read the card I got last time I said his name and service manager and he said yeah that's me. Blantant lie over the phone. Oil change was done in one hour. I asked if tires were rotated and if alignment was okay. He said yes. I looked at the front right tire I replaced and it was still there unmoved. 2nd lie. He showed me a record after tire was moved to the back that alignment and balance were perfect. I took my car to firestone and got an alignment check and it was way off and all tires unbalanced. 3rd lie. This is the worst dealership to get a car. Very sketchy stay away.

Provided by YP.comI went to the lot yesterday to start looking for a new car. This lot had all the new models and lots of colors to choose from. I liked the no pressure sales here. I’m going back tomorrow to pick out a new Murano.

Provided by YP.comTheir service department was great. The first time I took my older car in for service they were very friendly and helpful. Now, I have gone back several times because of the great service I received.

Provided by YP.comI had an enjoyable experience with Victory Nissan. I took my old Altima in for service and they were very upfront about the charges and how long her service would take. When I picked up my vehicle they had vacuumed the inside of my car, but more importantly it is running better than ever.

Provided by YP.comVictory Nissan was amazing! When I pulled in I had no plans on buying a car that day. The salesman was not pushy at all. I have dealt with many car salesmen and I swore I would never deal with them again, Wow I was wrong! I have already passed out the salesman's cards and I will for sure recommend him and this dealership to all my friends. It was a great experience!

He provided insight to the vehicles benefits to me and did not attempt to direct me to a vehicle that I could not afford but instead listened to facts and what I needed. He is a family man that cares about your needs, not simply making a sale.

Provided by YP.comBought my first car from a dealer and it was a horrible experience. When the car came, they didn't bother to try and get the stains out of the seats. I requested that they do so and all they did was vacuum the car so I did it myself. Also, I repeatedly told my salesman that I was going to finance with my bank, but he insisted that the paperwork for their financing had to go thru and then I would just have my bank pay back their bank. Well now I have paid a $580 early pay back fee and the salesman will not return my phone calls. If you buy from this dealership you better be an experienced car buyer because they are not very helpful.
