I visited this shop today and came away wondering how on Earth its stayed in business for so long. I was the only customer anywhere and was inquiring about various products. The man behind the counter was reading and couldn't seem to take his eyes off his book, or whatever it was, he was reading long enough to provide me with even friendly conversation, let alone information. He barely spoke and when he did it was short, uninformative, generalized responses, then he'd immediately go back to reading. He seemed put out that I was even there in the first place. Lots of muscles but absolutely no customer service skills and, apparently, no social skills either. I will not come back and, being in a holistic health profession myself, I will pass the word amongst my peers.
