Please don't take your loved ones to this facility. I had my mother there but, had to get her out before she got hurt. They are tremendously understaffed and, that equates to a lack of proper care.

Also, the billing department (especially the manager) is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. The (the billing department) has owed me for an overpayment for a month and a half....I still don't know when or if I will be reimbursed. You HAVE to have your payment to them by the 5th of each month but, if they owe you....do yourself a favor and get an attorney. I wish that I could rate them at less than one star....and their Silver Star award...they were on their best behavior for their inspection. I went there every day to see my mom and saw it for myself.

Do not send anyone to these facilities. They treat their staff horribly. I have witnessed things like floor managers reprimanding someone in front of guests and other staff. That is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. They do not care how hot or how cold anyone is. Overheard staff talking about that they have no place to put their things such as jackets, purses or even lunch boxes. They are in fact encouraged not to bring their lunch. I am guessing so they are forced to purchase what they call a meal over in the "cafeteria". In my opinion in a facility like this. The way they treat their employees trickles down to the way they will treat the patients. If they don't care about their employees, employees eventually end up not caring either.

I was released from Tennova North Hospital to Beverly Park Place because I had to have rehab to learn how to walk again at a medical facility, due to still being under Dr.'s orders. After only being there 8 days, I left in an ambulance due to a Saddle Pulmonary Embolisim that had formed on my lungs from clots in legs. I was only in PT 1 hr daily, in bed the other 23hrs. I could tell I was pretty much the only Re-Hab patient there. This is a made over Nursing Home,... most of the patients there are the originals when it was still Hillcrest Nursing Home built 1951..the facility is still stuck in the 80's with the Mauve color scheme. I must brag on the Nursing Staff, but that is all.
