Provided by YP.comIf you do not pick out something that is available in store they are not willing to assist you in ordering it on-line. They told me that I could not order a ring on line (the funny thing is the sales associate did not even know what ring I was interested in ordering). I left the store and went out to my car and ordered the ring on-line. Terrible Customer Service!!! Go to the Kay’s at West Town Mall! They have great Customer Service!
