I had previously used this cleaners for both cleaning and alterations numerous times in the past and have had not issues. The lady at the Farragut station (Sandy) is awesome, but she cannot control the corporate offices and their attitudes.



My daughter dropped off a pair of brand new name brand jeans to be hemmed. Needless to say it has been 3 weeks and they cannot seem to find the pants or make a reimbursement to us for the cost. Numerous phone calls to the branch and the corporate phone numbers are met with a short, un professional response of " we will call you" or "he is not in, I will catch him to see what he is going to do". It is not a question of what he is going to do. These jeans were expensive so while we are waiting on his decision , we are out almost $100.00.



I would not recommend this dry cleaners to others, as a matter of fact, when my daughter dropped these off, they were dealing with another customer that had her cleaning lost.



I know other cleaners have a process of reimbursement clients for damaged or lost items. I do not understand what the issue is with this company.
