This is the first time I have posted a complaint online about a business, and I wouldn't do it without good reason. It is so disheartening to see companies that cheat homeowners blind, and take brutal advantage of skilled laborers who are actually serious about doing good work.



This is one of those businesses that stays in practice only because its manager excels at manipulating both customers and employees. I am shocked that there aren't other complaints to be found online, but after learning from the inside about how this "business" operates, it makes sense--my guess is, most people don't know that they've been had, and most employees are too hard up for cash to ask questions. This company lies to homeowners about supply and labor costs, cuts all the corners, underpays its laborers, and upholds no standards whatsoever.



If you want quality work, ethical business practices, and straight talk, go elsewhere. If you want to deal with garbage, give Knoxville General Services a call.
