Provided by YP.comHad been using this shop for about 6 to 7 years and always had good and honest service with Ken and Steve, but stopped using them after a display of poor customer relations and ill judgment skills on their part. Upon running late to get finished car for a Saturday appt (for which we advised we'd be back that day to pick up), no one answered our courtesy call to them nor answered or checked the already locked business door (we did arrive probably 1 minute or so after closing time). With all the kids' car seats in the vehicle now not accessible until Tuesday morning (very inconveniencing), not even repeated unanswered calls nor posting requests to FB account regarding the situation helped. Upon our Tuesday morning pickup, Steve in the company of Ken and a customer used every excuse in the book to discount my responsible actions and counter my reputable attempts taken to advise them of the situation. I was diplomatic and polite telling them that I wouldn't be back and advised them that poor customer service and just plain out lack of common sense on their part was to blame. Like I said, I have always had good and honest car service, but this really caught me off-guard and was surprising as to their ill-posed defense. Exercising good customer service (even common sense/judgment) and just checking would have advised them that 'hey, we have one more customer yet to pick their car up.' Hmm, not even a free oil-change for the inconvenience or misunderstanding was offered. . . what a way to keep your customers!

Provided by YP.comBest place to take your Honda period! Ken and Steve do a great job. Hard working, honest, straight talking guys who will take care of your car. I have recommended them to family and friends for years. Today at least 7 or 8 people I know take their Hondas here.

Provided by YP.comI take my Honda here and have since 2007. I have recommended them to several friends and family. Now, at least 7 or 8 people I know take their Honda's here for service. You will not find a more honest car place around that performs quality work at a good price. No lies, cheap parts, or hidden charges ever.

Michael - We are sorry you were disappointed. For the record, we do balance most tires. However, there are some issues with many of the wheels on the later model vehicles and in some cases, customers are better served by having this work done at a reputable tire shop. It is our policy to make sure our customers get the best value for their money - and sometimes that involves referring you to another shop that specializes in your particular situation. It is not our policy to take your money if we are not the best solution to your problem. Ken Fletcher, Owner

Provided by YP.comI got tired of going to the dealership for maintenance service. I found these guys & been recommending them ever since. Love the fact that they stick to appt times for oil changes. I also like being able to talk directly w/ the mechanics about any concerns I might have with my vehicles.

Provided by YP.comGreat business. The price and service are always excellent. Steve and Ken treat you like family. Customer service is tops.I never feel like I am getting a sales pitch for something I do not need. I used the dealerships for years and after my first visit to Knoxville Ultimate Automotive I will never use Honda or Acura dealership service again. I wish I would have made the transition sooner.

Provided by YP.comThis is a wonderful family establishment, and Ken and Steve know you by name when you walk in the door. I have nothing but positive things to say in regards to my experiances over the last 5+ years with Knoxville Ultimate Automative. I think the incident that sealed the deal for me is when another establishment told me I needed to flush the fluids in my Honda for about $600. I took the car to Knoxville Ultimate Automative for a second opinion. They opened the owners manual and showed me the section stating NEVER FLUSH FLUIDS ! They saved my money and my car.
When my husband and I buy our next car it will have to be one that Knoxville Ultimate Automative will service! Thank you Steve and Ken! Alicia

Provided by YP.comThis is by far the best repair shop in town, if you own a honda and need service don't go anywhere else. The dealers are outrageous and this shop is very fair. They are honest, upfront and do not push unnecessary repairs on to you. They give you a fair evaluation of your car and they even know you by name. Amazing, they care about their customers as much as they car about your car.

Provided by YP.comThis family owned automotive shop is by far the best, most dependable shop in the area. I usually have anxiety about going to the mechanic, but I honestly feel that Ken (the owner) will always take care of my car, and he won't bully me into getting unnecessary work done.
They are dependable and I know that when my car is fixed...its fixed. Also, if you're going out of town, they will completely look over your entire car for free! My brother took a car he was looking at purchasing to them and they did a pre-purchase inspection for free! They really are a great shop! I am very happy they are now here. No more Jiffy Lube for me!

Provided by YP.comThis is one of the best repair shops I have ever been to. After being told by a "chain" store that my car was in danger of falling apart if I didn't do an $800.00 repair job and drove over the see these guys (a neighbor recommended them). I don't know why I went any where else. They immediately looked at my car (I didn't have an appointment) and assured me that all was fine and even though the repair the "chain" tried to sell me would eventually need to be done - it could be a year or more before it was a problem. I went into the office to pay my bill and was surprised to find I didn't owe them anything! That's my kind of auto repair shop - guys who know what they are doing and don't try to rip you off! I have had bad experiences at both dealerships and chain stores but now I know where to take my car and I won't go any where else! And because of them my next car will be a Honda to!
