I found the exact part I needed on their website. But before ordering I called to make sure they would ship me the exact same part that the picture on their website shows. I asked the person that answered to look at the same picture I was and then asked if he would mind checking stock to make sure that was indeed the part they would send me if I ordered 2. He said okay and put me on hold while he checked. A minute later he came back on the line and said what they have in stock is exactly what is in the picture and they have 2 of them.
Based on that minutes later I placed my online order. When the package arrived I was surprised to find that they in fact did not send me the parts shown in the picture but rather a completely different set which wouldn't work in my application.
Since their site says to email them if issues I wrote them and fully explained what happened including that I went out of my way to verify they would send what was in the picture and then I insisted that I be allowed to return the order for a refund.
Instead of complying with my request they ignored my assertion they did not send me the parts I ordered and responded with a condescending email stating that what they sent me would work if I expended the extra time and effort to make it work. They then stated that when I called they had the exact parts in the picture but didn't explain why they didn't send them. I responded if they have the units in the picture that I would accept a swap for the correct one.
Following this I received an email stating they were sending me a Call Tag for a return but did not respond to my request to send me the correct parts I ordered even though they admitted they had them.
They seemed quite put off that I wasn't wiling to accept something that I didn't order even though I checked ahead of time to make sure they would send what I wanted.
Beware these folks are very arrogant and difficult. If something goes wrong with your order it will not be there fault.

Would not answer their phones. Also do not have parts in stock, that their website says are in stock.
