I called and was told if I brought my jeep down there at 8am when they open they could get my exaust manifold done that dayand that it was a 2 hour job. I made arrangements to get a ride to work and back to the shop after work and used 2 hours vacation time. I took it at 8 and dropped it off expecting it to be done by 5.

I got a call after 4 saying they had not had a chance to even look at it. When I got there my jeep had been moved, the seat was moved, the window had been left down, and my engine temp was not cold. Idk if they decided to take it for a spin since they didn't have time to fix it. I will never do business here. I would not let them work on my Jeep if they were paying me.

Don't waste your time go somewhere where they value the customer.

thus plsce sucks i watched employee do job use wrong socket on bolt messed it up then they messed up a $80 piece on my car when i said it wss their fault i was pushed and threatened by owner cant defend yourself with 5 other if his friends there and your just there to have a job done. had used them for other things but never use tgem again. slso notified bbb and don dare customer beware

You guys are the best, on my way through town on Trans-America endurance rally, I lost my sway bar bushing retainer, it was a special part due to having an aftermarket sway bar installed. They fabricated a new part and reinstalled it. They spent over an hour repairing my car and did not charge me a dime. Thanks to your expertise, I'm now back on the road heading for Vancouver B.C. My daughter is a student at UTK and called me one night to say, "Something's wrong with my brakes." When I searched the internet for a place close to her, I found this one with a couple of very favorable reviews. With a hope and a prayer, I directed her there for the next morning. She was so completely taken care of! They discussed with her what was the problem and how it needed to be addressed. She could explain it to me on the phone and the price was very reasonable. She even texted me after she left there and said,"Thanks, mom, the brakes are really good now!" Good brakes are a MUST and I really appreciate the integrity of this establishment.
