I wouldn't buy from this company, I'd spend your money elsewhere. They go through employees like we go through toilet paper. What does that tell you ?

We love PhotoBarn! We have only had good experiences with them each time we've ordered. I love how our pictures look on wood… very modern yet "rustic." Great conversation pieces!

I don't need to repeat what has been said already. But yes, not one phone call or email returned, product missing and what did arrive is horrible quality. As a business owner, I can't believe that anyone would run their business this poorly.



IMPORTANT: If you paid by Visa (not sure about other credit cards) you can call them and they will take the charge off your statement. This may be the only way of getting your money back.



It's too bad, they had potential to be a great company. We run a professional photography studio and were really promoting their product to our customers.

I wish I could give the company no stars, because in my opinion, they don't even deserve one!! Every review on here is 100% correct. Only difference is, I never got to speak to anyone or even get a generic email response. I've heard from no one at all, including if my order is ever going to ship. I love giving my money away for nothing (complete sarcastic statement)!!

There is a reason that this company chooses to use Groupon. They are very expensive and as every other reviewer has stated, they DO NOT follow any sort of reliable production time or shipment schedule. I also ordered an item on November 12th and my item shipped last night December 22nd at 7:30 pm with an anticipated delivery date of 12/26. . . perfectly WORST time for a Christmas present to arrive. I have contacted customer service three times and only received a response to the first which stated that I could check my status on the website among other generic information. I have been irritated by the amount of emails I have gotten from the company for the entire month of December with Christmas specials and guaranteed delivery promises which simply cannot be true. I will never do business with this company again even though I purchased multiple Groupon deals for them. The shipping alone amounted to more than I spent on the Groupon and there is no guarantee of whether you will actually receive the product. I am also unhappy to read below that it may not even be printed correctly "the first two times". . . very discouraging for those who want to support a semi local business instead of the mega companies like Shutterfly and Snapfish.

I ordered an ornament back in October. It was printed incorrectly twice. Someone in customer service assured me that the third time is a charm. I had two other groupons so I order two more as Christmas gifts on 11/16. However, fast forward to the beginning of December and still, I've gotten nothing. I contact customer service again and two different people don't even bother to offer to help me figure out why they have no record of the October order. At this point, it's so obvious they've bitten off more than they can chew. I finally get someone on the phone, she only offers to refund the shipping of the October order. For some reason, the $15 I spent on the groupon isn't refundable. I asked for refunds for the other two but was literally ignored. Despite being guaranteed Christmas delivery, only one of the two has shipped today and its 12/21.

Do not order of this company. The products may be nice, however; that depends whether or not you receive them. I made an order mid November, a few weeks past and I sent them an email inquiring. They responded and advised me that they had lost my images and I'd have to recreate my order, which I did. I was also guaranteed Christmas delivery. I received "my order" a few days ago, however it was incomplete and incorrect. It was missing two items and one item was duplicated. I've called and emailed numerous times. I've received no correspondence other then a generic email. Horrible customer service and I had to but another gift from another company so the recipient would have a gift on Christmas. I've been demanding a refund and of xourse, no answer

I placed an order nearly a month ago and it still has not shipped. Customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to calls or emails, but they delete negative comments on FB in under three minutes. If they put as much effort into customer service as they do in covering up their inept service, then I am sure customer service would greatly improve.

I ordered my print a month ago, Nov 20 and was told this was plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I asked again the 2nd week of December and after 2 email and a phone call I was told that yes, I would receive on time because the shipment would be in the next 2 or 3 days. I received notice yesterday Dec 20 that it was FINALLY shipped, via Smart Post, which means an extra 2-3 days AFTER Fedex gets the package to my post office.... tadah! Not in time for Christmas. Thanks for nothing, Photobarn. The $$ I saved isn't worth the time, embarrassment, and explaining I get to do with my little boy who was so looking forward to giving this gift to his Dad.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The products are horrendous. When I asked for an exchange they told me they DO NOT EXCHANGE! They would charge me again. WOW! I asked to speak to a manager and they told me his name is Todd but that is all the info they would give me. They can care less about what the customer has to say or their satisfaction. I also asked for a refund and they said they will not refund me. They are a company that does not stand by their products nor do they care about their customers.
