Quick-O Muffler & Brake Center replaced the tailpipes and tips on my 59 yesterday. They were fast, courteous and repaired my car at a fair price. I couldn't be happier! Will certainly go back when one of my vehicles needs service. Thank you Quick-O!!

I Have Always Received HONEST Service At A FAIR Price.Everyone That Works There Is Friendly And Goes Out Of Their Way To Get You In And Out As Quickly As Possible.I Seriously Doubt They did Any Damage To Anyone's Vehicle That They Did Not Correct.They Have Repaired Several Vehicles For Me And Every Time I Feel I Got The Best Job At The Best Price.There Are Other Good Shops In Town But Quick O Will Always Get My Business If It Falls Under Their Job Scope.I Feel Confident Recommending Them To Anyone Especially Women As I Know They Wont Take Advantage Of Them.Keep Up The Great Work Guys !!!

Excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person. This is a long-time FAMILY business, and on my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and sweet young lady who turned out to be the OWNER's grand-daughter... BTW guys, she was TOTALLY beautiful too - she could be Scarlett Johannsen's twin sister! What a doll.



Anyway, I met with the manager Robert, who immediately DROVE my car around the block for his personal diagnosis of the problem. Then they put my car up on a rack for another mechanic to confirm Robert's diagnosis. Importantly - ALL of the steps up to this point ARE FREE - THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR INSPECTION!



After they looked at it Robert explained what needed to be done: new brake pads, new rotors (I agreed, knew they were wharped, I could feel the shake and shimmy). Gave me an estimated total cost including tax, and THEN LET ME DECIDE. No pressure, just honest evaluation and information. I appreciated that greatly.



Price was fair, work was done quickly, and the service was great. I HIGHLY recommend this business, which is also rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.

This is a great family business it has been in the same family for over 30 years. The lady in the office is very nice and friendly. I have had my car their several times and they always give honest answers you don't normally get anymore. I was told I needed brakes from Good Year when I got tires they wanted close to 500.00 to do the job, so I took it here and it was half that. These big name places and dealers will bankrupt you as they just try to run your bill up.

These people went above and beyond. They did a great job and were all very friendly and polite!

I went to Quick O Muffler in June 2012. The amount of damage they did to my car is yet to be known. It's very messed up. I have serious doubts that they even did the work that I paid them to do. Now I have to go through the hassle of undoing the damage that Quick O Muffler did to my car. I wouldn't risk my car with Quick O Muffler.

I went to Quick O Muffler for auto repair on June 9th 2012. After the work was done, my car had some new problems. Their response: You need to take it to Pep Boys. This made me wonder if they even did the work that I paid them for.

Those folks are great! I'm a women and have had bad experiences with car repair places in the past but not at Quick-O. I highly recommend them. It's hard to find a place now days that doesn't try to rip you off. I'm so glad I found them!

Great place and nice people fair prices. Don't be afraid to go there might look like ruff neighborhood but really not that bad.
