we were traveling and had car issues. we stopped at a Pep Boys,our repair bill would exceed the cars value so we decided to trade it.we ask if there was any good used car lots in the area and they recommended Roadrunner Motors.upon our arrival we were greeted and offered bottled water.we were shocked to see only two salespeople Paul and Brian.they offered to let us browse on our own at their cars,nice touch...after walking the lot and finding a nice Honda van we wanted to drive they let us go out. after the test drive we decided to purchase the van and they offered us more for our 13 yr old car than we expected. Paul was very attentive and very kind.Jeff was able to help us with financing and get our "new" van. even though we are from outta state, we'll make the trip if we need another used car to see these guys. top rate from beginning to end. thanks Adam,Alex and everyone else involved with our experience...thanks again ...Dave, Linda, Corey. I came across Roadrunner Motors by way of a car advertised at an exceptional price on the internet. I submitted an email request for more info which was answered immediately. After multiple emails and having all of my questions addressed, the next day I made the 3 hour drive to Knoxville. I was warmly greeted at the door by Brian. After mentioning my email exchange, I was addressed by name. After walking around the car multiple times and checking everything imaginable, I was invited and encouraged to take it for a test drive. To my surprise, the car was that "needle in the haystack" deal! While processing my paperwork, Brian told me everything he knew about the car, the brand, and about Roadrunner Motors. I was even invited to share lunch that was provided for the staff. Moments later, I was provided a great financing options by Jeff at a great interest rate for this vehicle. I was then given assistance with loading it onto a trailer and securing it. It was definitely worth the drive. This was an exceptional total experience.

This dealership is not honest. I know a little bit about cars and researched what to look for when buying a used car. I checked everything out and they look good. I made sure to check the tires and they looked good too. When I decided to buy the car, I called the salesman. He said he would have it ready and asked what time I would be coming in. I signed the paper work and happily drove my car home. As I was driving home, the ride seemed louder than it had when i test drove the car. I found that the tires were almost bald! Roadrunner motors must have done something like switching out good tires for junk tires on the day I was for sure going to sign away. The junk tires looked new from afar because they were gleaming black. Up close, only the sides were nice and the treads were nearly gone! That's only part of my ordeal with this used car business.

Don't go through financing with these guys. The salesman promised that their finance department would get me a good loan because he's from the bank. On their website, they say that they go through over 32 banks/credit unions to get the best rate. Nope! I had to wait over 2 hours to meet with the finance guy who was just dilly dallying at his desk and taking smoke breaks even though I made an appointment. When I finally met with him, he just tells me where to sign. Some numbers were inaccurate, and he just said " Don't worry about those. I'll take care of them after." Good thing I had the brain to read and ask before signing anything. This guy who supposedly got me the best rate could only get me a 12% loan from JP Morgan. Luckily, I had talked to ORNL Federal Credit Union who could give me a 3% loan. Did this guy really check other financial institutions? Pfffttt.

If you see any good reviews for this business, beware! The salesman told me that if I write a good review about them, I could get a free oil change from them.

Great service. Everyone there is professional and helpful. Pleasure to deal with my wife and kids service their cars here too.

Pleasant non pressure approach. I was looking for a volkswagen jetta for my daughter and the salesman had recommended a civic that they also had on the lot. although we liked the jetta my daughter decided on a 2007 Honda Civic four door because it was sportier. The salesman actually listened to what we wanted in a good reliable car instead of being pushy. Such an enjoyable experience I will be recommending to all my friends and relatives.

Came in from Corbin for a blue toyota tundra truck that we saw online. the website was good and clear with miles and price so I called in a asked about it, salesman was straight forward and told me all about it. Came down last tuesday to pick it up and it was just as described. nice place and professional people and happy to deal with them.

Great service! these are the people you want to take your German or Japanese car. I purchased a 2009 Jetta with 65k December 2011. I scheduled a timing belt and water pump to be replaced after the car got to 90k sept 2013. I dropped it off early and picked it up finished that evening with a bill total under $600. Call around and you'll know why i'm leaving this review :) RECOMENDED for car sales and for service.

very nice people to deal with. Excellent service while i waited, and updates as they were happening. What parts i needed, the price and how long it would take. They even offered me a car to borrow while they worked. Very reasonalbe with the price of parts and service. Nice waiting area, clean and friendly. Not your usual repair shop. Very recomended for service.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed, and truly willing to go the extra mile to make my buying experience great. Just real friendly people trying to help meet your needs. the nicest dealership we have been to. Did all my research online and went to look at this car locally ended up purchasing a 2006 blue Saab 9-3 and I love it. nobody else really had many volvo's or saabs, this one was in really good shape. everything was smooth. excellent service, multiple people were helping me, clean showroom WITH KIDS ROOM@@@ and they just left you alone. can't say enough good stuff.

Financing with ORNL which is very close to roadrunner, we purchased an 05 mazda6 wagon for my 18 year old son. This is second car from them, we had purchased and still driving my gmc yukon from 2007! could not be happier. so easy to deal with and they actually check and maintain their cars so you know its dependable.

This is my third car buying it from Roadrunner Motors. I like the new place where they moved. I am very pleased with my trades, and the price that I price that I buy. Couple of weeks ago, I bought a 2009 Audi A4 from Roadrunner. I owe it to their staff people to voice my great experience. The staff of Roadrunner was very friendly and very patient with me. They did not try to push thing onto me, I felt very comfortable dealing with them. The best part is that I got the car at a very reasonable price. The car is running great.

nice new place, easy to pull in and out and view all the inventory. They had ten jettas that i we looked at. I liked a turbo silver automatic and we ended up trading in our car and buying it. Love my jetta.

2010 Red Mazda3 20,000 miles great deal. Saw one at mazda knoxville, and bought the same car at roadrunner for $6000 cheaper! really a nice deal, i can't say enough.

No salesman came out, we looked on the lot for a few minutes then went in to get some keys. Nice demeanor on the secretary, she was helpful by getting a carfax and answering questions. We test drove a 5speed ford Escape that shook on the highway a little then came back to test drive another one also a 5speed Escape and by the time we got back they had balanced the first ones tires. After a second test drive we took it home. Attention to problem was prompt.

I bought a 02 audi A4 5speed in December of 2009 and its been a good car. they helped me get some tires on it recently for wholesale price. will buy the next one there.
