I was under contract with them with the annual termite inspection, insurance. They found sound extensive damage that was previously missed. They paid for the damages in full and have been very helpful. Jeff came and inspected my home today and was very professional and helpful. Good company.

Be careful about this company!!! when you start to use them with coupon (50 bucks off), then you can not cancel it. They will tell you that a year contract has been signed. Even though, you know nothing about it. Also, the billing will come to you again and again, even though I didn't get the service at all. After arguing with them, they told me that I still have to pay 150, which I already paid 75 dollars, cuz one time service is over 200 bucks. Will never use it any more or refer this company to any others.

Renewed our termite protection in last September. They have not been out to my house to refill or check the station.(it is april) Repeatedly called to make appointments. It took months to get an appointment and the they have never showed up.

Every time I have ever called in the office staff is very RUDE!

Thanks, Russell's, for being so prompt on coming to my house to treat for stink bugs. The technician was friendly and explained how he was going treat my home to eliminate the bugs. The bugs are gone and no more smelly bugs.

I had a problem with ants in my kitchen and I couldn't find out where they were coming from. I called Russell's Pest Control and a technician found the source of the ant colony and treated the outside of my home. They also treated the inside where the ants were trailing. Thank you, Russell's!
