Love it at Shono's they just reopened after a full remodel and got all new staff. it looks like a totally different place. I had the seared tuna app and it was the best seared tuna i have ever had. I also had a roll but I don't remember the name for it but it was topped with only tuna and it was soooooooo good. will be going back this Thursday for half price sushi night.

We waited for 55 minutes to get our sushi. The restaurant was not even busy. They kept telling us that they would bring it out when it was all done. Most sushi restaurants bring each dish out as soon as it is ready. Letting raw fish sit around unrefrigerated at room temperature is dangerous. A couple whom arrived after us ordered, got their order of sushi, and left before ours even arrived. Once we got the sushi it was certainly not worth the wait. The waitress put both our orders on my check and said she could not change it. Guess how much tip she got? My friend and I will never go back.
