We also experienced several problems with leaky A/C units. They tried to blame it on our garbage disposal use. We stopped using the disposal entirely and it still leaked! When we moved out, they came in and took possession of the apartment five days early without our permission. We still had the keys and were paying rent and utilities. They were blasting the air and painting before they even had our keys! No one ever responded to our complaints. When we finally got our deposit back, we were deducted for bleach in the carpet and a $20 processing fee! We don't even use bleach (I'm allergic), but my husband has pictures of bleach they left in the apartment when they occupied the place without our permission! So, so, SO disappointed with this place. Very unprofessional!

Stay away. Its beginning to be run like an armed camp with all sorts of "can't do this...can't do that...we're always watching you" attitude. Management will make verbal commitments and then promptly renege on their commitments while insisting you keep yours. Too many maintenance issues--AC units routinely leak from upstairs down into downstairs apts. Maintenance is efficient and quick to respond but that doesn't minimize the aggravation when your living room carpet is soaking wet and needs cleaning and drying.
