DONT STAY!!!!!I paid 114.00 for 2 nights.i needed a room on the first floor by a exit, needed to bring some items in room I had in storage to sort thur, So they gave me a smoking room right next to exit door, I asked houskeepers to use vacume to vacume some bags that go flat. The houskeepers let me use I vacuumed the whole room.i may have spent 10 hrs. in the room alltoger in the 2 days. For 1 I DO NOT SMOKE,and if I did I would have went outside because I had children with me...All nite long there was people outside females looking for drugs and men.Well the day of check out 11:00, I left about 2 hrs left I went to atm to get money for gas and the motel charged me 264.00 for burning the carpet.....wow I just pd. 350.00 to stay 2 nights at the super 8....BREAKFAST SUCKED LUMPS IN THE MILK...NO clean towels....But I rented a car from enterprise 2013 nissian NO SMOKING I got my DEPOSIT BACK FOR THAT 5 days had car...IF THE CAR WAS ALL FILLED WITH SMOKE I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT DEP> BACK(TRUE) this is at the super 8 on merchants drive Knoxville tn off 75n..What because I pull in with a brand new car and use a debit card they can do what ever they want......I have left several mess. for the manager to call me back sunday thur Tuesday and no one has called finally I got manager # 18004543509.....So let c what happens....I am so unhappy that kind of money I could have stay at the marriot or ramada and been feeling comfortable and clean........PLEASE DONT STAY IF U DO U BETTER USE CASH..........I have never smoked a dam cig........but I gotta pay for burning a rug...it s a party motels for knoxvillers..Whens the last time that room was rented or even checked over,,, and if I burnt a carpet?do u think me or my kids would have smelled something burning.......
