It's been about a month now since I visited the guys for the first time, but let me tell you, these guys are for real. I was brand new at the whole vaping thing. These guys basically had to hold my hand for the first couple of weeks. Seriously, within the first two weeks of purchase I had to go back to the shop three separate times. Absolutely nothing wrong with the hardware, it was all operator error. I just couldn't seem to get it right. These guys literally had to teach me how to inhale properly, how to inhale properly. Crazy. All the while though they never once talked down to me, made me feel inadequate, or get impatient with me. I don't often leave reviews, certainly never one this long, but these guys are good, they will continue to get my business, and hopefully you will give them a shot with yours.

Everyone is really very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is really relaxed and there's never any pressure on you to buy things.

First off I usually don't write reviews. I'll have to say this is one of the best if not the best shop I've been to. I highly recommend a visit they will go out of there way to please you even if you don't buy anything. There not in it to be cool or hip and you'll get zero attitude there. Good selection of everything and a lot stuff I couldn't find at other stores in Knoxville. If you're new to vaping or master builder you'll be pleased.
