I brought my parents clock from Pa to Tn and immediately called Barry to help me get the clock cleaned and back to working order. He was quick to respond and explained things about the clock that I never knew. It is working perfectly now and I love listening to it chime. This was a 25th wedding anniversary gift that my dad gave my mother and am so glad I got to keep it.

Barry was extremely professional, knows grandfather clocks like the back of his hand. Reasonably priced, explained everything he was doing, uses gloves when touching important clock pieces. Would not hesitate to call again, hopefully no more clock problems on the horizon, but I know who to call in Knoxville with clock problems.
