Steps House, Inc is a non-profit, 501c3 organization located in beautiful south Knoxville, Tennessee. Often called "The Home of Unconditional Love, " and "A Home for Homeless Veterans, " Steps House was founded on November 21, 1991, when Patrick W. White purchased our first two homes located at 712 and 710 Boggs Avenue. Since then, our main office has operated out of the "Blue House" at 712 Boggs Avenue and we enjoy a respectable reputation in the Old Sevier Avenue Ccommunity.
