I've been into the store multiple times and always had a totally positive experience! Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always answer my questions and give me recommendations. They have a huge selection - love their Kavu bags.
Plus they're local! LOVE THEM!

Excellent customer service! Recently purchased two pairs of shoes at Uncle Lem's. Paid for purchase with debit card and cash. Realized two days later I wasn't given correct credit for cash portion of my transaction. Assumed we'd be out of luck but contacted owner anyway. Two hours later I was told I was indeed correct and could stop by to pick up my reimbursement. Excellent customer service paired with amazing merchandise! First trip to Uncle Lems but definitely not our last!

Buyer beware! Return policy requires receipt. Have purchased 3 hammocks, various gear, clothing, etc. bought two belts that will not stay tight. Utterly worthless!!! Will not even give an in-store credit. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere!
