Provided by YP.comI engaged hospice services for my parent who had a stroke. A nurse and a social worker showed up the first day. Three days later, the nursing home called UT Hospice three times, but still no one came. When I called to fire them, they claimed a "miscommunication". When a person has only days or hours left to live, there is no room for miscommunication.
