Provided by YP.comAbsolutely pleased with this shop. When I ordered online I'd forgotten to include the name of the deceased, I only addressed it to our friends. I immediately called, and was greeted by a very friendly lady, who assured me she knew who the flowers were intended for. This shop made sure the flowers/arrangement was delivered in time for the visitation. They took care of details that I never thought of. I am from out of state, so our friends took a photo of the arrangement, and its just AMAZING.. it's just as beautiful as the website shows. If I ever need to send flowers in Kokomo again, I'll be using Bowden Flowers.

Provided by YP.comI live out of town and used Bowden's for a family member's funeral. Given the money I spent, they did a crappy job. I can't help but wonder if they thought since I was from out of town I'd never see it.
I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. It is not our policy to treat out of town orders any differently than any other order as nearly 25% of our orders are sent to us from out of town. As owner, I would like to investigate what happened with this order.
