Driver says in a text my items were delivered to the back door, when they were actually left at the street 100 ft away. Fed ex should know better than anyone and apparently could care less. I’m shocked they weren’t stolen. Ridiculous

I have ordered books for my schooling from UPS for 2 years now and my books have always been delivered to the correct address on time or before. They have never been late and all the items have always been there. Fedex, however, I ordered only a few times through and this time I was suppose to receive my package on Thursday Jan. 14, 2010, and didn't because they had the wrong address. They called got the correct address and said I would have it the next day. Well, Friday came and went as well as the weekend and still no package. So I called them on Monday Jan. 18, 2010, and they proceeded to tell me that it has been delivered but guess what I didn't get any package. So did they deliver to the wrong address? Who knows, not me cause I never received anything. I was at my house all day friday and no one knocked on my door or left a package. So my advice use UPS they don't leave invisible packages at your door.
