Holder at one time meant something to the customer. After buying 2 sets, we are not satisfied and we hurt each morning. We thought that buying the sets we got a good warranty with them. Evidently the custmer does not count anymore. What happened to the name backing the game. Mr. Holder took care of his customers, and that is why the custmer came back. After finding out that we were not important enough to be satisfied with the product, we won't be coming back, nor will we ever reccommend Holder to others. It is very sad that Holder's will turn their back to problems. Since I pay over $500.00 dollars for prescription medicine each moth, I can't afford to pay for new ones and will have to suffer each morning with both of us having a backache. It is a shame that business has changed for the money instead of customer satisfaction. Ray Day
