Plain and simple, the guy sold me stuff I already had. When asked for a refund he declined to do the right thing. He took advantage of the situation. Took nearly a year to get him to come back and fix what was wrong from the moment he left. Calls went unanswered. Finally I got him back by saying I may need another door installed. Personally I think I'd rather find someone else.

Sold me parts I did not need and he knew it. Had a minor issue that was still covered under 90 day installation warranty and he would not return my call after two attempts. Nice people but once I handed over the money I felt there was no time to honor the warranty. I should not have to ask a third time for help.
