Jennifer Phan, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist who sees patients of all ages. She earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed five years of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis prior to joining Community Physician Network.Dr. Phan is married and has one son. In addition to spending time with her family, Dr. Phan enjoys running and gardening, including the cultivation of beautiful orchids.
