Set an appointment 4 days in advance to get my tires rotated and balanced . Apparently the manager does not know how to read an appointment sheet since they did a rotate only and proceeded to tell me it was my fault cause I didn't tell him to balance them when I came in. Plain as day it was in his notes. Didn't even look. Horrible manager.
