The Indiana Small Business Development Center ( ISBDC ) Network provides counseling for entrepreneurs at every stage from developing a business plan with pre-ventures to start-up/acquisition counseling and specialized counseling for established businesses. This cooperative agreement is partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBA's funding is not an endorsement of any products, opinions or services.
