I have insurance on a phone that claims it will replace physical damage including daily wear and tear, went in and they told me they will not replace a phone with a broken screen without a deductible, What does physical damage mean? I would not recommend sprint to anyone, they just want to rip you off. Very disappointed customer. my family pays a lot for service every month and that is how they repay you. ANY OTHER SERVICE ALL THE WAY, after I drop the contract.

Worst customer service ever.

i have been here a few times and i have purchased quite a few games as well,used and i have had some with problems,not wanting to come on at all,freezing up,skipping and sound goes out,they do clean them for you but a limit,buy at your own risk!
