I might be able to agree with the guy before me but that's why I'm happy I came to the Kokomo location; the service was great and they seem to truly care about getting you into a reliable vehicle although my car needed a repair they worked with me without treating me like another paycheck I would highly recommend this location to family, friends, Co-workers, and anyone that would take my advice truthfully am looking forward to doing more business with them as soon as I'm finished with payments on my present vehicle through them. So if you want to be treated with respect and almost like family come give them a shot their obviously better than the Bedford location and tremendously better than other buy here pay here lots!

Notice that i ranked your business one star .. for the last two years ive been paying off a car thatbi dont even have in my possession. I bought a pontiac sunfire from your bedford indiana lot. The car kept breaking down on me.... i was a head on my payments and the new lady *betsy* still sent a guy to my work to put a club on my steering wheel....i showed her proof that i was ahead on my payment at the time the club was used on my steering wheel and told her she must have made a mistake because i has a reciept stating that i was ahead it even had her signature on it and she said since she had no record of it in her comouter i mustve been fabricating a false reciept. So they repoed my car and tooj me to court garnishing my wages garnishing 10,000 worth from my wages for a 1500 $ car.. long story short. The bedford indiana office is a scam and there are about 50-60 other EX customers who would agree with me... so i rank you ZERO stars. And me and my lawyer will be taking this company to court for harrasment and for falsely reposessing my car wnd still making me pay the full amount on a car that that i dont even have... a 2001 pontiac sunfire in MINT condition isnt even worth 10,000 what kinda scam are you all trying to run.. if me or anyone else has anythint to do with it superiour auto of bedford indiana will be ran out of town and never be able to scam the good citizens of bedford ever again!! so you get one star only because thats the only way i can leave a comment.
