This store was trashy and unorganized. The customer service sucked; people, employees and locals, where unbelievably rude. Compleatly avoid this store, AVOID THIS TRASHY TOWN.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered a highchair online to be picked up at store. Said it would be three days. Its now on day 13 and no highchair anywhere when its already been paid for. If we can get website to work says unknown status. We called them about it and was put on hold for twenty minutes. After it went down to two minutes I actually thought we were about to talk to someone. Then all of a sudden a voicemail came up saying sorry there are no representatives to answer your call. Goodbye. AFTER WAITING TWENTY MIN. BECAUSE OF HIGH CALL VOLUME! I was angry and frustrated. Reporting to BBB after this review. Going into store tomorrow to raise hell also.

good value - worth the membership cost

i love this store ,they have lots to choose from,there cheap,you just have to avoid going aroung holidays,it's a mad house
