dana and her staff are the best i have been going to her from the beginning the day they opened up , always taken care of my family and my self . always so professional and very caring

Myself and my large family have gone to this doctor's office since they opened in Krum many years ago. We have been treated by many of the nurse practitioners and they have all been helpful, caring and compassionate. They are always willing to do their best to see us if we are sick very quickly and listen to find the best way to treat us. I must admit we are pretty spoiled by them and no other primary care physician's office could compare. Service is great, they have a passion to serve our community with the upmost integrity.

We followed our nurse practitioner to this office and established our family here. Within a years time, the nurse practitioner was gone and someone else replaced her. It was very obvious that something had happened, they were very sketchy with their answers when asked where she was. On my visit yesterday, I asked for two drugs my nurse practitioner had previously prescribed me. Somehow, there was no record of my previous prescriptions in my medical file (the pharmacy had the records but the dr's office didn't). I asked the front office girl to go to a pharmaceutical website and download a paper for a free prescription (since I have no insurance) but she had such a bad attitude, she couldn't seem to find the site. The new nurse practitioner decided to change my medications WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO FIND MY OLD RECORDS (inhouse or at my old clinic). Of course they were the wrong medications (one I had taken before and did not work....why would she prescribe it again....hello?)! I went home and immediately called my old clinic in Justin. I let them know exactly what happened. They are assisting me in moving the records so I never have to go back again. This office is just so sketchy and obviously doesn't believe in the importance of medical history. The nurse practitioner was not personal or very friendly at all. I won't be going back and am considering a complaint with the state over my records.
