Everyone was great. Prices are comparable and customer service was outstanding. Will go there again.

I took my car in to have the alignment checked. They told me I needed new tie rods. I took it to another garage to have the work done at a less expensive rate and they told me nothing was wrong with the tie rods, that it was the rack that need to be replaced. I took it back to les schwab and told them they needed to relook at the problem. They agreed and I decided to let them fix it since they could get the work done the same day. When I dropped my car off nothing else was wrong with my car. The driver side window worked perfectly. When I picked up the car and drove away, I tried to put up the window and it did not budge. I turned around and went back to the shop, and they said it looked like it came off the track, but all they did while they had the car was put the windows down and it was not their fault that it was now broken. They did say they would fix it but would have to charge me for the service.What happened to good customer service? They broke the power window, but wont fix it? What the hell? I know I will never go back and will tell everyone I know in the Kuna area to avoid taking their cars there. Word of mouth in a small town......too bad I don't have anything good to say about them and it cost me over $600 to find out that customers are not valued.

They don't know how to tighten lug nuts. Three fell off while driving down the highway. Go to a different les schwab.

Les Schwab had been charged with the job of aligning my old work truck. It needed way more than alignment and the guys worked around the clock to get my truck out the door as inexpensively as possible and as quick as they could. Great job!!
