I stopped into this business on a whim. I love sushi-ish foods although I am far from an expert.



My first impression was that this place was bright and clean and quite different from the Chinese restaurant that used to be here.



The college-aged waitress was attentive (we were the only ones here so she should be) but I was surprised she made the assumption that we knew what the things on the menu were or even how to order it. Don't forget, this restaurant is in Kutztown - the heart of Berks County Dutchyism.



I ordered the $7.50 lunch special which was one roll and some sashimi.



Both were tasty - the sashimi consisted of shrimp, yellowtail, tuna and something else.



It was distracting as the waitress went outside several times to apparently check on stock that was somewhere next door.



I would definitely return to the TK SUSHI HOUSE.
