Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been a customer of this post office for years and I have finally had enough. My husband and I have witnessed the employees disrespectful, outright rude, degrading treatment of other customers. We have had occasion to be treated very badly by the postal employees. Every single time either of us have had to wait in line to pick up a package or conduct other postal business, even to call the post office, we are treated terribly or witness someone else being treated terribly. I have had the phone slammed down on me as the employee had to go check on a package for me, she then hung up on me without a word as I said thank you. I changed my post office today. I have been in the customer service industry for a very long time and I have never encountered such consistently hostile behavior.
