Consistently poor service, took over an hour to get a drink refill. Food is average to slightly above average, never the same from one visit to the next in size or quality. Management ranks below the service. The only way you can expect satisfaction is to go only at times you know your server and tip well. This makes a relatively reasonable priced meal cost as much as going to a nice restaurant. This is based on many visits, not just a few.
