As the office manager of Kyle Automotive, I can assure you we have never left a bad review of our business like the first review below indicates.

We encourage any of our customers that are happy or unhappy with any aspect of our business (customer service, quality of work, pricing, etc.) to let us know. We love input good or bad because it helps us improve.

We have no record of being contacted by a customer that had an engine failure after "three run". If so we would have taken the steps necessary to correct the problem.

As for Johnnymustang's review. Since I do not have any specific information on what happened, who was rude, what kind of repair he was looking to have done, all I can say is we are sorry you had a bad experience. It has been 6 years and would like you to give us another try and see if we can change your perception of Kyle Automotive.

Do not waste your time going to this company. They have horrible customer service and they were rude. Had to get my car repaired at another place.
