My wife accidentally parked in your parking space, do to being unfamiliar with the area for therapy next door. Two people from the your business deliberately parked behind and in front of her while there was parking on the right and left . Although she was parked in the wrong place (No sign indicating reserved parking), the actions taken by these individuals was not acceptable especially when one has a leadership role. As my wife was already leaving the area she noticed the individuals had just parked and were outside , when one of them stated “Is that was her vehicle” My wife stated “Yes “and apologized, they replied “We own this parking lot and next time we will have it towed”., and proceeded to go inside their business without moving their vehicles to let my wifes vehicle out. My wife after 15 minutes of still waiting thinking they would come back out , went to the acupuncture building and expressed her concerns about the situation , and many thanks to their great customer service proceeded to go next door and tell their personal from Out of the Blue to please let one of her clients out. They stated that the one of the two was doing a wax and would be there shortly, however another 15 minutes had passed. While my wife was waiting in her vehicle ,the lady came out and stated “Are you ready”.Although the business is not reflected by one person, having two deliberately be malicious should not be tolerated. I have read many wonderful comments and reviews below and I sincerely hope that this review does not affect the business and its other wonderful people that work there.
