I signed up because it was close to my residence at the time, but had to cancel because of work. I read the contract and fine print and then contacted the location. I spoke to Omar, he was stone set i could not cancel the contract. I replied, thats funny the contract said i have 3 business days to cancel this contract (I signed up on a friday). I mailed my documents back like the fine print said, the end, right? Wrong. I got a call from a sweet girl stating my account is over due. I asked to speak to a manager, Omar. She said he was not there and would be back later. I drove to the location and called just to make sure again. She said he was not there, i could see him right through the window. Unprofessional. I calmly walked and asked for him, the receptionist looked nervous i smiled at him and he got furious and he cursed me out. So i hired a lawyer.

The owner OMAR is a very degrading, very disrespectful person. I am glad my membership is up. When I called to ask the address, so I could sent in my certified letter to cancel my membership, he told me to look it up on the internet. When I nicely again asked him for the address, he asked why I wanted to know it. When I told him it was for the cancelation letter, he hung up on me! This guy is a complete jerk. I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone, ever.
