useless to pay bills by

i called the 4732 number and got a machine switching me to like 10 different offers and specials from like rent a car companies and free medical alert bracelets and all kinds of junk then at the end it hung up on me then i called the kyle tx number 2161 and it is only a machine not an operator won't let me talk to someone bout my bill and why it got denied when i know i got over $1000 cash in it. i just checked. bill is only $104 dollars. so i can't pay my bill online and can't talk to a live person to pay it and clear up the mess and the automated system won't take my card either? WHAT THE HELL??? am i gonna have to drive to their office and jump someones ass???

I paid my bill on time and the account I used most definitely had the funds. The payment was returned due to the particular bank I used and the company. I was not notified by any means that this happened. As far as my PEC account goes it showed the payment was done. The following month I did the same thing. Again, no one told me there was an issue with the payment. Then we are contacted by PEC and being told that the services were going to be disconnected for non payment. How unprofessional of them to not call, send an email or letter to advise us of this. We are not happy with the service and the way were are being treated by the establishment. This company is beyond deplorable.
