Dr. Watkins is a native Texan, and has lived and worked in Austin at Seton facilities since 1991. He is trained as an interventional cardiologist, and practices general and preventive cardiology. He is instrumental in bringing the Ornish Program of Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation to Seton.
