The service I received while I was shopping for a new car was bigger than anything I can think of. They were not pushy at all and very respectable. The saying has to be true. Big things come in small packages.

Provided by YP.comI go to this dealership for all service needs and I went about one month ago for the routine oil change, all went smoothly. I recently noticed that the dealership installed their plate on my car. After some research, I saw that this happens more often that it should (8 reviews on yelp that they did this, 3 on my brief search on the Internet) at this location. I am very particular about my car, as I've had custom work done to it. I did NOT give them permission to install their plate. I called and complained about it, they offered to remove the plate for me (I can do this by myself), and apologized but that was not enough. I will not be returning to this dealership.

First,
Don't even bother emailing this dealership without a ton of emails rushing you to come on in!
Agreed on a price on a new car through emails.
Mark understood that navigation was required on this purchase.
As stated below. Yes it does.
The new vehicle didn't have it so they insisted that we just except it and purchase it for and additional 1900.00.
Tony insulted my wife, insisted we sit like dogs while he and Mark find a new angle to just plain run up the bill.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE, We had no problem paying their fixed price. Such a simple transaction, dirty people.

I've had horrible experiences with other dealerships where I felt as though I was ripped off but was impressed as soon as I walked in to Bob Smith Toyota. They were helpful and not at all pushy. Larry and Jason bent over backwards to help us with what we wanted. I will definitely buy a car from Bob Smith Toyota again.

They were polite and courteous. I hope to do business with them again in the future. They were incredible from beginning to end. They took the time to do it right the first time. Provided by YP.comI came into the dealership just looking not ready to buy & was greeted by Hail Ketsoyan. He was friendly, not pushy at all, and very smart with all features of their product line. I was not ready to buy and he built a relationship with me. Over the months we would communicate via email and I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma. Hail again was no pressure and he was able to provide me with an excellent deal. I have been too many dealerships over the past couple of months and have to say my experience with Bob Smith was by far the best.

You are so busy fighting them off, you can't even concentrate on the car you like. When you eventually find that special car you want to buy, it is now the time to brace yourself and put on that special armor just to get through the arduous negotiations. It might take three different times to tell the salesperson that you really don't want the extended warranty, but he doesn't seem to hear you as he continues on with his spiel. Does this sound familiar?
Well, you won't find those antiquated methods at Bob Smith Toyota. You can expect to have negotiations but in a very respectful and mild mannered atmosphere. The laid back, small community charm is pervasive clear down to the owner's beanie babies collection for all the kids to sample. And if you say you don't want the extended warranty, it is a done deal, and it won't be mentioned again.
I invite you to share the experience we had in buying a brand new car - 2013 FJ Cruiser with the new Magma color Limited Edition. Ask for Mr. Jacob who will take care of you and tend to your every need. His honesty and straightforwardness will charm you like it did us. He was very up to date on all cars and features they each had. Since we are in Glendale we couldn’t be happier with the location not too far for service. We are now proud owners of a 2012 Toyota Prius.

Provided by YP.comI had a 2004 Toyota Sienna that I LOVED! It was totaled 2 ½ weeks ago in an accident and the only thing that was on my mind was replacing it with the Sienna. I loved how it drove, the room it had, it went on many road trips. Kevin from Service had been our service guy for years know. I felt loyal to Bob Smith; I was always greeted whether service or sales. They are very respectful I would recommend anyone to Bob Smith Toyota to anyone.

Provided by YP.comThis Denali was at an amazing price. I called up and I was invited down. A little nervous because it was around 100 miles. Hate to drive far and not buy anything. However the salesman Jarvis was great. This ended up to be the easiest purchase I have EVER had. I usually leave dealers ships with migraines, at Bob Smith that wasn’t the case. I plan to refer all friends and family to them. I am a forever customer.

Jarvis and Justin were great and helpful over the phone and even texted me the best directions. Outstanding customer service if you ask me. Haik is the BEST salesperson. He made the impossible, possible! Always a great smile. Justin was great as well friendly and helpful. I recommend this dealer, I felt at ease and family surrounded.

We happened to stop by Bob Smith Toyota and they had everything we were looking for. The staff were super nice and the salesmen were not pushy or forceful at all, this was very nice. They helped us get exactly what we wanted and we are very happy. BIG Thanks to the delivery person who took the time to show me everything in the car and how to use it.
