Provided by YP.comI live up the street from this Vons location so I'm a frequent customer. They have very friendly staff who always remember my name (along with the names of my kids!). Very friendly and clean.

Provided by YP.comsooo disapointed, I only live two blocks away and I love shopping in this store but since the new remodel the "sale" prices ring up at full price and it is such a hassle and waste of time for them to give you the discount... first time it was limes on "sale" .89cents each rung up as $1.05 it was pennies, I was in a hurry let it go... next it was a loaf of bread on sale $1.25 was charged $1.89, I mentioned it to the cashier but the "correction" was taking too long so I told her I'd skip it... today was a turkey variety pack, on sale for $2.29, it was charged $4.49, this time I told the manager (Joe Jessick)who said "oh, I owe you about $2.20, go to customer service and I'll have someone refund you...." eventually he came and gave me the refund as I'm trying to tell him it's not the first time since the remodel, he was dismissive... did not bother telling anyone to go fix the error.... I wonder how many people have been overcharged and like me, because it was just a few cents did not say anything.... I am so dissapointed
