My family have been taking things to this repair shop for awhile now. Zippers and stuff like that. When I called to see if I could bring my 3 items in to have the zippers fixed he told me he didn't know what I was talking about, which was fine I had called a few weeks earlier, so I said that's fine but was it a good day to bring my items in. He snapped at me saying I was interrupting him... Whoa ok well, I replied and he said I was interrupting him, and hung up! I tried to call back and before I even said anything he said I was interrupting him again and hung up on me. Without he even able to utter word! Horrible professionalism!

I have used Dave's shoe repair for years. Dan just took over. I took multiple pairs of shoes to him for a trip and he promised to have them done by a certain day. When I got there to pick up only one was started. He then yelled at me telling me there are 50 people in front of me and it is just him. I tried to salvage it and give him more time to do it but he "couldn't promise" they would get done. Too bad...this is a dying art and I would be happy to wait but not be yelled at. Luckily he is not the only game in town.
