I am sorry that this person feels this way. I do value my customers time. I work from the basement at my home. I may seem slow to get up the stairs to you, but there is a good reason. 4 yrs ago I suffered a horrible neck injury at this job & was perilized from the shoulders down. After surgery & much hard work I am able to work as I once did. The only problem I have is what I laughingly say "I have 1 speed & this is it wide open" It may take me just a little longer to get there. I walk as best I can & stairs are difficult but not impossible. There are good days & bad days, maybe it was a bad day? My concern has & always will be for the wellfare of the kids ( dogs) in my care.

Service Issues

I did not appreciate being ignored when I brought my dog to our salon. It seems to me that when a client arrives on time to use your service for their pet that perhaps you should show some type of professional courtesy, acknowledgment of arrival & consideration for other people's time. Ring buzzer? For What? Even though I was OK with the job you had done previous I am sure you would have lost other clients due to impudence.
