Extreme lack of privacy when purchasing very personal medical supplies. Business office was very difficult to work with when I was attempting to sort out a bill. Woman's "customer service" was that of someone being "put out." I had to be quite assertive and aggressive to get any information as to if they received my payment which after much run around, she found it. She was quoted as saying she didn't want to go through all the checks so she told me they probably don't have it it and check with my bank if it cleared. I told her it did. She still needed MUCH coaxing to look for this certified mail check! I asked her "then who has the check I mailed?" She said they don't have it. I found this very odd and suspicious that there was no organization in a business office handing money. I will never do business with them again.
